  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 180 ml milk, or water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, oat flakes, raisins, salt, honey and low-fat quark in a bowl, heat the milk slightly, mix it with the yeast and sugar and add to the dough. Knead all ingredients well and let rise in a warm place for at least 60 minutes.
  2. Knead the risen dough again and shape it into a small bread. Let rise in the slightly warm oven for another 20-30 minutes and then bake at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
