Instructions

  1. Grease a baking sheet well, possibly put it in a cool place. Heat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. For the dough, mix the quark, sugar, oil and milk together.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix in.
  4. Knead into a smooth dough, correct with milk or flour if necessary.
  5. It can happen that the dough sticks a little!
  6. Roll out 2/3 of them on the baking sheet with a floured corrugated wood.
  7. You can also simply “squeeze out” it with slightly moistened fingers!
  8. Brush the dough with butter and jam like bread and jam.
  9. Then roll out the remaining dough on a well-floured work surface very thinly.
  10. Cut into strips with a slightly damp knife or pizza cutter.
  11. Lay these on the jam bread like a grid.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
