Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the eggs with the milk, spices and chives. Grease 6 muffin cases, place a slice of ham in each and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes.
