Ingredients

  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • some agave syrup
  • raspberries, TK
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut milk with the chia seeds and agave syrup and store in a small bowl overnight or in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thaw frozen raspberries or heat them in the microwave.
  3. Serve the chia coconut mixture with raspberries and vanilla yoghurt.
