- 375 ml milk, cold
- 125 g yourt, whole milk
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 ice cubes

- Pour boiling water over the apricots and soak for 15 minutes, drain and allow to cool to room temperature. Put in a blender with all the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
