Ingredients

  • 100 g banana (s), frozen
  • 100 g strawberries, frozen
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 27 g oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix for 2 - 4 minutes at the highest level until you can no longer see any pieces of fruit.
  2. I like to freeze my fruit in portions so that I always have my 200 g to hand. Freezing the fruit is not a must, it can just as easily be used fresh. The strawberries can be exchanged for any other fruit, e.g. peaches or raspberries.
