Instructions

  1. First, the chia seeds must be mixed with the water and soaked. Either you do it the evening before and let it stand overnight, or right before preparation, then you have to wait about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the honey or stevia and cut the fruit into small pieces.
  3. Now you can already layer it, it is best to use a large glass. The soaked chia seeds come first (or you soak them directly in the glass), followed by the finely chopped fruit. Then the sunflower seeds and the flax seeds, then the raspberries, then the yoghurt and finally a handful of muesli as a topping, then you have something to crunch.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
