Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a non-stick pan while turning. Remove the thyme leaves from the stem, chop them together with the parsley. Squeeze the garlic. Add salt, pepper, garlic and chopped herbs to the minced meat. Crumble the feta cheese and pour over the minced meat, mix in. Let the minced meat mixture cool down.
  2. Slightly moisten the yufka leaves and cut into triangles. Put a tablespoon of minced meat mixture on the broad side of each triangle, fold in the edges and roll up from the broad side, brush the edges with water to stick together.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the Börekrollchen one after the other on all sides until golden brown.
  4. The dish can be prepared very well (e.g. for a party). Prepare the Börekröllchen and then bake them fresh. Börek also tastes very good cold (e.g. to take away or for a buffet)
  5. We also have tzatziki and freshly sliced vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) or a salad.
