  • 500 g douh (Yufka douh)
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 150 g cottae cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned leek into small pieces, steam and then let cool down a little. Then mix well with the egg and cottage cheese and season to taste.
  2. Spread the yogurt on the dough sheets on a baking sheet, lay several layers on top of each other, spread the leek - egg - cottage cheese mixture on top and put several yogurt coated dough sheets on top again.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 ° for about 40 minutes. At the end cut the Börek into approx. 12 pieces. Tastes good with salad or just like that.
