Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • herbs Provence
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 shot cognac

Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream and olive oil in the same proportion in a saucepan, put the stove on medium heat and stir well. Add the herbs of Provence (depending on your taste), mustard and soy sauce. Pepper. Stir everything well and finally add a shot of cognac.
  2. The Bretagnoise sauce (sauce from French Brittany) tastes good with fish and potatoes, but also goes well with meat.
