Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 40 g suar
  • 25 g powdered suar
  • 225 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients. Process into a shortcrust pastry and place in a 22cm diameter springform pan. Pierce a few times with the fork and mark out eight slices (with the knife).
  2. Then bake for about 30 minutes at 160 ° (top / bottom heat, preheated) and immediately sprinkle with the sugar and completely cut through the marked slices.
  3. Let cool down.
  4. Can be stored in a tin can for a few days.
