Brizol with Spicy Pickled Pickled Filling. Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs and milk. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix and beat the minced meat thoroughly. Divide into 5-6 equal portions.
  4. Place cling film on a work surface. Lightly oil the top surface with olive oil.
  5. Using a rolling pin, flatten one portion of minced meat into a thin layer approximately the size of your frying pan.
  6. Pour some of the egg mixture onto a flat plate. Remove the top layer of cling film from the flattened meat, invert it, and place it into the egg mixture. Remove the bottom layer of film.
  7. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it with olive oil. Slide the egg-coated minced meat from the plate into the pan. Fry for 2 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and fry the other side for 2 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
  8. Cut pickled cucumbers into strips. Press garlic through a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise.
  9. Spread the garlic-mayonnaise mixture inside each cooked brizol. Add pickled cucumber strips and fold or roll closed.

You can serve the dish to the table. Brizol is a great hearty breakfast option for the whole family!
