  • 750 g broad beans, fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in a pressure cooker.
  2. In the meantime, cut the bacon into small cubes and leave it in a saucepan. Add the flour to the fat and stir until it turns light yellow. Then pour in the milk while continuing to stir.
  3. In the meantime, put water in a saucepan, add a little salt and cook the beans in it. Drain.
  4. Pour a little bean water on the bacon sauce and add the beans. Season with pepper, savory and parsley and serve with the jacket potatoes.
