  • 3 glasses beans, thick
  • 6 slices pork belly, mixed, smoked, cut into pieces
  • 3 medium onion (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 pinches savory, dried
  • some pepper
  • some flour

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans from the glass and collect the bean water.
  2. Braise the onions in the butter. Add the flour to the onions and make a sweat with the bean water. Add the pork belly and beans and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Boiled potatoes taste very good with them.
