Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 600 g broccoli, clean and cut into florets
  • 75 g bacon, smoked, mixed, diced
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchis in plenty of salted water according to the instructions, cook the broccoli for the last 7 minutes (or in an extra saucepan).
  2. Fry the smoked bacon in a pan until crispy, add the milk, granulated broth and the processed cheese and bring to the boil briefly until a creamy sauce is formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and broccoli and mix with the sauce or serve separately.
