Ingredients

  • 1 bunch basil
  • 150 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 125 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 125 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 125 g almond (s), blanched
  • 60 ml chicken broth
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper (from the mill)
