- 3 sheet / s puff pastry, frozen
- g 1,000 broccoli
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 200 g cooked ham or smoked pork
- salt and pepper
- Spice mixture (Chinese spice)

- Thaw the puff pastry, place two sheets in a greased springform pan, roll the third sheet into a roll and press the edge 2 cm high. Prick the dough with a fork.
- Clean the broccoli, cut into florets, cook until al dente and drain. Cut the smoked pork or ham into strips and fry in the pan. Put the ham first, then the broccoli in the springform pan. Mix the eggs with the cream and parmesan, season and pour on the broccoli.
