Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli, also frozen
  • 1 small can corn, (a mini can)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 125 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream, or 0% Greek / Turkish yogurt
  • dill
  • Parsley, smooth
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water over the broccoli and let it steep only briefly. It still has to be crisp! Chop the florets into small pieces, the flakes even smaller.
  2. Drain the corn. Cut the peppers into small cubes. So did the boiled ham.
  3. Mix the sour cream and sour cream with a lot of dill and a lot of parsley into a salad dressing and season very strongly with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and let them steep in the refrigerator for a while. Finished!
  5. I mostly use frozen broccoli, dill and parsley.
  6. Fresh is certainly better, but not quite as ready-made and maybe not always available that quickly!
