Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry, reduced-fat from the refrigerated shelf (roll)
  • 600 g broccoli
  • 200 g salmon, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • some coffee cream (4% fat)
  • 1 packet feta cheese (9% fat)

Instructions

  1. Total time: 20 minutes
  2. Place the puff pastry in a silicone tart pan. Cut the broccoli into small florets and fry in 2 teaspoons of oil, season with pepper and salt. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  3. Mix the quark, eggs, vegetable stock, dill and coffee cream and season well with pepper and salt. Spread the fried broccoli, the cut salmon and the feta cheese on the dough. Spread the quark cream over it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. Make sure that nothing burns, cover if necessary.
