Ingredients

  • 190 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), skinless
  • 500 g broccoli
  • Salt water
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g sour cream or similar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly dill

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from the first 4 ingredients and form a ball. Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the salmon and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes, then dry. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, milk, salt and pepper and possibly dill well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (top / bottom heat). Roll out the dough and spread it in a tart pan or springform pan. Form a small edge in the process. Spread the salmon and broccoli on top.
  4. Pour the egg coating over it and sprinkle with the cheese. Put the tart in the hot oven and bake for 40 minutes.
