Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli well in salted water. It can boil over, the softer the better.
  2. In the meantime, chop or crumble the feta and mix with the oil and spices. Puree this mixture. When the broccoli is done, drain it well and let it cool.
  3. Then add to the feta mixture and puree. If the consistency is too firm, add more oil. In addition to garlic oil and olive oil, various herbal oils also go well with this.
  4. Then optionally let it steep for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Tip: This recipe is ideal as a dip for grilling or as a spread on baguette or ciabatta.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
