Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 1 small Head broccoli
- 150 g ham
- 150 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
- 1 egg (s) for brushing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, mixed fresh at will

- Divide the broccoli into small florets and briefly blanch them in salted boiling water. Drain and quench. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- Roll up the puff pastry and top with broccoli, ham and grated cheese, pepper and roll up into a strudel. Brush with the beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix the sour cream and yoghurt together. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped fresh herbs.
- Serve the strudel with the yogurt dip.
