Ingredients

  • 350 g flour (wheat flour 550)

  • 300 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 150 g flaxseed
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 ½ cube yeast
  • 15 g salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ margarine
  • 1 liter buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let rise for 45 minutes. Shape this mixture into 2 loaves of bread or fill into 2 loaf tins. Let the bread rise for another 20 minutes.
