Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 apples, finely diced
  • 125 g raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (depending on taste)
  • 0.5 ½ pack walnuts, halved

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, butter, apples, raisins and cinnamon together well. Put the dough in a greased 26 or 28 springform pan. Cover the cake with the walnut halves.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  3. Tip: If it gets too dark, cover it with aluminum foil.
  4. The cake can be baked a day or two beforehand because it tastes best when it is well drawn.
