  • 375 ml stock, (beef roast stock)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon red wine
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs, chopped e.g. parsley, cress

Instructions

  1. Bring the brew to a boil. Stir in mustard, red wine and cream.
  2. Season the sauce with salt, sugar and lemon juice. Finally add the herbs.
