  • 25 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water and peel them while they are still hot. Let cool down.
  2. Melt the sugar in a pan over low heat, add the butter, stir, then add the potatoes and caramelize until they are evenly brown on all sides.
  3. If you want, you can also add a sprig of rosemary.
