Ingredients

  • 1 packet cakes, (brownies)
  • 2 packs pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 liter milk
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 cup Cremefine
  • 4 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1 packet aroma, bourbon vanilla
  • 8 flowers / herb stalks + toothpick
  • 3 large strawberries

Instructions

  1. Cook the chocolate pudding according to the instructions and fill into 8 glasses. Place in the fridge to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the strawberries into fine slices and whip the vanilla-flavored Cremefine and whiskey until stiff.
  3. Cut out 8 shapes from the brownies with a cookie cutter, finely crumble the remaining brownie dough.
  4. Push the toothpicks into the stems of the flowers / herbs.
  5. When the pudding is cold, spread the brownie crumbs on top and place the flowers in it. Place the finished glasses on a cake plate.
  6. Place 2 spoons of the whipped whiskey cream on the plate and garnish with the strawberry slices.
  7. Place brownie cookies next to them and dust with powdered sugar if necessary.
