  • 1 kg vine tomato (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 ciabatta
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Parmesan or mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, as small as you like them. Finely dice the onions (there can be fewer) and place them in a bowl with the tomatoes. Peel 3 cloves of garlic, press through a fine press and add to the bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper, let it steep briefly and then fill up with olive oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat
  3. Cut the bread into slices, drizzle a few drops of olive oil over them and rub the last clove of garlic. Place on a baking sheet and bake crispy for about 8 minutes - and out with it!
  4. Then chop the basil, add to the bowl with tomatoes, garlic and onions, mix and season to taste.
  5. Put everything together on the table and everyone can fill their own bread - you can add cheese to your taste, whether mozzarella or parmesan.
