Instructions

  1. Cook the cleaned Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 15 minutes. Then cut the florets in half.
  2. Put the butter in a pan and briefly fry the banana and Brussels sprouts in it. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
