  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts and fry in olive oil. Deglaze with orange juice, reduce a little. Pour in the cream, season. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
