Ingredients

  • 2 cups natural yoghurt, 150 g each
  • 3 cups flour, (wholemeal spelled flour)
  • 2 cups cane sugar
  • 1 cup oil, (safflower oil)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 small Bottle (s) butter-vanilla flavor or rum flavor
  • 100 g almond (s), chopped
  • possibly chocolate, crumbled

Instructions

  1. First, beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer until frothy. Then gradually add the other ingredients.
  2. Grease a wreath form and sprinkle with coconut flakes (or breadcrumbs). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 50 minutes (chopsticks test).
  3. As a variant, crumbled chocolate can also be added to the dough.
