Ingredients

  • 100 g shrimp (Büsumer)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and radishes into small cubes. Mix the crabs, onions, radishes and dill tips. Then add a little olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. This goes well with baguette slices roasted in a little garlic oil.
  3. Tip:
  4. I don`t like it that much when it tastes too intense like onions, because the fine crab taste disappears so quickly. That`s why I pour boiling water over the cut onions and after a few minutes let them drain and cool before adding them to the other ingredients.
