Ingredients

  • 200 g buckwheat
  • 800 g spelled
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 800 ml water, filtered
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 cup flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast in lukewarm water (until it foams slightly). Then mix all ingredients well or use them in the bread maker (wholemeal bread level). For those without a bread maker, let the dough rise for 1/2 hour first, then knead again well and let rise again for 1/2 hour. Put the dough in a loaf pan greased with olive oil. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees) for about 50 minutes. Finished.
