Ingredients
- 250 g cheese
- 250 g sausae (e.. salami, huntin sausae or paprika sausae)
- 250 g bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 3 medium onion (s) or 1 bunch spring onions
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Cut the cheese and sweet peppers (without core) into strips (about 3 cm long and as thick as a pencil), the sausage into slices, the onions or spring onions into small cubes and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and oil.
- The lettuce should really be covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- All types of bread and a beer or a strong white wine go well as a side dish.
