Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese
  • 250 g sausae (e.. salami, huntin sausae or paprika sausae)
  • 250 g bell pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 medium onion (s) or 1 bunch spring onions
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese and sweet peppers (without core) into strips (about 3 cm long and as thick as a pencil), the sausage into slices, the onions or spring onions into small cubes and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and oil.
  2. The lettuce should really be covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. All types of bread and a beer or a strong white wine go well as a side dish.
