Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s), approx. 300 g, peeled and finely chopped
  • 500 g yourt
  • 7 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 walnuts, chopped or grated
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • salt
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt well with a mixer. Add the garlic cloves, walnuts, cucumber and olive oil. Season to taste with salt. Mix everything well and dilute with 2 cups of water.
  2. Sprinkle the tarator with finely chopped dill and serve well chilled.
