Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 150 g cheese
  • tomato ketchup
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk. Mix in a few spoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast. Mix together and let stand covered for approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Then stir the pre-dough into the rest of the flour. Add sugar and make dough. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Let rise for an hour in a warm place.
  3. Then cut the dough into 3-4 equal parts. Roll out each part approx. 7 mm thick. Smear each bottom with ketchup. Then sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Cut the rolls into 8-10 parts, approx. 2 cm thick.
  4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet 2-3 cm apart. Let rise for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Beat the egg and smear the rolls. Bake at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
