Bun with Cheese, Pear, Honey and Nuts

Butter bun with cheese, honey, nuts, and pear is a hearty and delicious breakfast that takes no more than 10 minutes to cook.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

Soft goat cheese (crumbled) – 120 g
Cream cheese (room temperature) – 120 g
Honey – 2 tbsp
Walnuts (chopped, roasted) – 1/3 cup
Red pear (cut into slices) – 1/4 pcs.
Butter bun (cut in half lengthwise) – 1 pc.

Directions

Toast both halves of the bun in a toaster or roaster.
In a small bowl, combine all the cheese and honey. Add nuts. Grease bun slices with 1 tablespoon. a spoon of cheese mixture.
Place the pear slices on a base mat and cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
Cover the remaining cheese spread and refrigerate for the next sandwich preparation (refrigerate for up to 7 days).
