Bun with Cheese, Pear, Honey and Nuts Ingredients

  • Soft goat cheese (crumbled) – 120 g
  • Cream cheese (room temperature) – 120 g
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Walnuts (chopped, roasted) – 0.3333 cup
  • Red pear (cut into slices) – 0.25 pcs.
  • Butter bun (cut in half lengthwise) – 1 pc.

Bun with Cheese, Pear, Honey and Nuts Instructions

  1. Toast both halves of the bun in a toaster or roaster.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the cheese and honey. Add nuts. Grease bun slices with 1 tablespoon. a spoon of cheese mixture.
  3. Place the pear slices on a base mat and cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
  4. Cover the remaining cheese spread and refrigerate for the next sandwich preparation (refrigerate for up to 7 days).
