Another homemade fast food option. In a crispy bun, chicken fillet, Spanish dry chorizo sausage with paprika, feta cheese marinated in spices and fresh salad leaves perfectly coexist.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet (200 g each) – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Chili pepper – ½ teaspoon.
Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Chorizo sausage – 2 pcs.
Olive oil
Hamburger buns – 4 pcs.
Lemon mayonnaise (mix 1 glass of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice)
Pickled feta cheese – 100 g
A mix of lettuce leaves
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet in half (lengthwise). In a non-metallic bowl, stir the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, chili, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to high heat. Cook the chicken pieces for 2 minutes on each side. Grease the sliced sausage and grill for 2 minutes.
Cut the buns in half, brush with oil, and grill for 1 minute. Brush the rolls with lemon mayonnaise, top with the fried chicken, sausage, cheese slices, and lettuce.
