Hearty, eye-pleasing sesame buns called hamburgers.

Ingredients
Sesame bun – 4 pcs.
Mixed minced meat – 250 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Lettuce leaf – 4 pcs.
Cheese – 150 g
Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
Onions – 1 pc.
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Sunflower oil
Salt
Directions
From ready-made homemade minced meat (pork + beef) we form flat patties the width of a bun and fry them in sunflower oil.
Carefully cut the bun and lightly brown it on the inside in a frying pan.
Next, layout in stages: a bun, a lettuce leaf, a cutlet (preferably hot), a couple of slices of cheese, a circle of tomato, a ring of onion, and a couple of slices of pickled cucumber or gherkin.
Next, close it with the second half of the bun, having previously greased it with a mixture: mayonnaise + ketchup + mustard.
