Hearty, eye-pleasing sesame buns called hamburgers.

Ingredients

  • Sesame bun – 4 pcs.
  • Mixed minced meat – 250 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaf – 4 pcs.
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt

Directions

  1. From ready-made homemade minced meat (pork + beef) we form flat patties the width of a bun and fry them in sunflower oil.
  2. Carefully cut the bun and lightly brown it on the inside in a frying pan.
  3. Next, layout in stages: a bun, a lettuce leaf, a cutlet (preferably hot), a couple of slices of cheese, a circle of tomato, a ring of onion, and a couple of slices of pickled cucumber or gherkin.
  4. Next, close it with the second half of the bun, having previously greased it with a mixture: mayonnaise + ketchup + mustard.
