Burgers with Sea Bass

The famous filet-o-fish can be made easily at home and is much tastier and healthier than a store-bought burger. Grilled red snapper makes a particularly tasty fillet-o-fish.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Sea bass, fillet – 4 pcs. (180 g each)
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.

For the sauce:

  • Low-fat mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
  • Green onions (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Pickle from canned cucumbers – 1 tbsp
  • Capers – 1.5 teaspoon.
  • Lemon juice – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high heat.
  3. Grease the perch fillet with vegetable oil on all sides sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil, put fillets on it, fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until tender.
  5. Cut the buns in half. For each half, apply about 1.5 tablespoon. tablespoons of tartar sauce, on top of the base halves, put one lettuce leaf, on it a piece of fish, cover with the second half of the bun.
