A regular burger cutlet can be made with turkey meat and dill, garlic, hot sauce, and yogurt.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Medium onions (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp
Fresh dill (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Hot sauce – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic (minced) – 1 clove
Ground turkey meat – 450 g
Burger buns – 4 pcs.
Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
Slices of fresh tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt, and minced garlic. Add minced turkey to this mass and mix everything until smooth. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Lightly grease the wire rack with vegetable oil.
Form 4 cutlets from the minced meat, about 1.5 cm thick. Place the cutlets on the heated grill rack and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until pure juice.
Cut each bun in half and place lettuce, cutlet, and a round of fresh tomato between the two halves.
