Ingredients

  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 scoop cheese (burrata)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 slice toast or baguette
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash the beefsteak tomato and cut into very thin slices. Arrange the slices in a fan shape on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toast the bread at medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  3. Pluck the fresh basil leaves and arrange on the tomato slices. Place the burrata scoop in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with the toasted bread.
