Cook: 35 mins
Servings: 3
Ingredients
Canned Beans in Tomato Sauce
Bulb onion 1 pc
Garlic 5 grams
Tomato 1 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
Wheat tortilla 6 pcs
Cheese 50 grams
Directions
Peel one small onion and chop finely. Peel two or three cloves of garlic and chop finely with a knife.
Cut the sausage into small cubes. Sausage can be used of any kind and variety, you can even replace it with meat or chicken.
Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Open a can of canned beans in tomato sauce. Put three tablespoons of beans together with the sauce on a plate and mash with a fork.
Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices. The filling of the burrito will be warm, prepare the appetizer immediately before use. On a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, throw onion and garlic to fry.
When the onions are tender, add the crushed beans and 3 more tablespoons of whole beans from the jar to the skillet. Mix everything and fry until the beans are hot. You can also add canned corn.
Put one table of mayonnaise evenly on a soft and heated cake. Divide the filling in a frying pan into 6 parts and put one in the middle of the cake. Then put the sausage, tomato, and cheese alternately.
Tuck the bottom of the cake, and then both sides. It turns out not a closed envelope. Fry the burritos on both sides in a dry skillet.
Best of all is a burrito with a sausage hot. Bon Appetit!
