Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 grams flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 bag baking powder
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 ml cream
For covering:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 100 g flaked almonds
- 3 tablespoon milk

- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs and cream with the hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (180 ° fan oven) for 10 minutes.
