Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a container. Then add the acid and stir everything well. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the milk coagulates and becomes slightly thick.
  2. This quick variant is a substitute for buttermilk because it doesn`t get as firm. The product is well suited for use as a recipe ingredient, for example for buttermilk and lemon ice cream.
  3. The buttermilk is intended for immediate use. Leftovers should be kept in the refrigerator and used as soon as possible.
