Ingredients
- 700 g flour (type 1050) or fine wheat meal
- 500 g flour (type 1370) or fine rye meal
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 1 packet yeast
- 250 g sunflower seeds or wheat flour (type 1050)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml water
- Fat for the molds

- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough out of them. Cover and let rest in a warm place for approx. 3-4 hours. Then fill the dough into 2 greased loaf tins and let rise for another 15 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
