Ingredients

  • 700 g flour (type 1050) or fine wheat meal
  • 500 g flour (type 1370) or fine rye meal
  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 250 g sunflower seeds or wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • Fat for the molds

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough out of them. Cover and let rest in a warm place for approx. 3-4 hours. Then fill the dough into 2 greased loaf tins and let rise for another 15 minutes.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
