Ingredients
- 150 grams flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 egg whites, whisked
- 60 ml skimmed milk
- 160 g blueberries, frozen

- Mix all dry ingredients, then stir together the buttermilk, egg, egg white and milk. Mix both mixtures carefully, then fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the dough into a sprayed-in pan or a coated pan that has been thinly brushed with sunflower oil. Bake the pancakes on both sides.
