Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, avocado and banana, cut into pieces and pour into a suitable container. Puree with the buttermilk and a dash of orange juice using a hand blender or a stand mixer. Depending on the desired consistency, add a little buttermilk or orange juice.
  2. Season to taste with ginger. Personally, I like it when you taste it well. Finally, add a few squirts of lemon juice.
  3. The smoothie can be served in a glass over ice with a straw.
