  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • salt
  • dill
  • chives
  • Bread (e) (black bread)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a light roux, bring to the boil with buttermilk and season with salt. Serve over finely chopped dill, chives and roasted black bread slices.
  2. Sweetened variant: Fry semolina with butter and cook with buttermilk. Mix with currants and sugar as desired.
